<p>Disclosed is a lift housing unit of an oven chamber. To lift and mount an LCD glass substrate installed in an oven chamber on a hot plate, the lift housing unit includes a housing body which has a long hole which allows a lift pin to pass thought the hot plate, is vertically moved and is installed in the lower part of the hot plate, a guide pipe which can be combined and separated in the long hole of the housing body to guide the vertical movement of the lift pin and has an inner side which has higher surface roughness compared to the housing body, a fixing cap which is combined with the lower end of the housing body and prevents the long hole from being separated from the guide pipe, and a clamp which fixes and clamps the outside of the guide pipe and the fixing cap to prevent the separation of the fixing cap from the guide pipe.</p> |
