<p>The present invention relates to a vintage look dyeing method for linen yarn, which dyes the linen yarn to provide a uniform and natural vintage effect thereto. To this end, the method includes: a soft bobbin preparation step (S1) in which the surface of a bobbin is covered with a non-woven fabric, and linen yarn is wound over the non-woven fabric; a purifying step (S2) in which a surfactant is provided to remove a foreign substance from the linen yarn and is then washed out; a modifying step (S3) in which a slightly cationic compound is provided to the linen yarn after the purifying step to modify the linen yarn; a washing step (S4) in which water is provided to wash the modified linen yarn to prevent unleveling dying or inner and outer differences thereof caused by an unfixed compound remaining on the modified linen yarn; a dyeing step (S5) in which a dye is provided to the washed linen yarn to dye the washed linen yarn in a desired color at a high temperature and high pressure dyer; and an after-processing step (S6) in which cold water and hot water are alternately provided to the dyed linen yarn to wash the dyed linen yarn.</p> |
