摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a storage of somatic embryo of Liriodendron tulipifera at an ultra-low temperature and a method for inducing an embryogenic tissue. More specifically, the present invention relates to a culturing method, comprising the steps of dehydrating the somatic embryo of Liriodendron tulipifera; storing the same at an ultra-low temperature; thawing the same; and culturing the same in a culture medium with 2,4-D added. According to the present invention, the method is allowed to safely store the somatic embryo of Liriodendron tulipifera for a long time and to obtain the embryogenic tissue from the somatic embryo of Liriodendron tulipifera if necessary. Therefore, the method of the present invention is applied to a transgenic technology using the somatic embryo and thus is expected to resolve problems caused by a conventional transgenic technology. Furthermore, the method is applied to mass production and distribution of Liriodendron tulipifera with outstanding pest resistance by being grafted onto biotechnology and is ultimately expected to make contribution to the establishment of clonal forestry, different varieties of forest trees and rich forest resources.</p>
