Provided by the present invention are: an electrical housing assembly (10) which has an integrated type connector and is sealed in an environmentally friendly manner; and a manufacturing method (100) thereof. The assembly includes: an inaccessible electrical component (14) such as an electrical-mechanical relay; and multiple terminals (16) which are connected to a circuit board (12). A dielectric housing (22) surrounds the inaccessible electrical component (14). The housing (22) is closely attached to the inaccessible electrical component (14) and seals the inaccessible electrical component from an environment by the attachment. The housing (22) limits an integrated type surrounding wall (24) surrounding the terminals (16) and forms a cavity (36) by the limit. A removable electrical component (20) including a fuse assembly can be attached to the terminals (16) in the inner side of the cavity (36). The removable electrical component (20) is also sealed from the environment when a sealed mating connector is attached to the housing. The assembly (10) enables a power switching function and a circuit protection to be distributed to a position near an electrical load instead of a central position such as a central electrical bus part.
