The present invention relates to a combined bracelet and fan that is portable by being worn on a wrist in a bracelet shape when a fan is not used. The combined bracelet and fan includes: a cover band having a long band shape with a narrow width and a pin hole on a rear side and formed of a flexible material, the cover band being maintained in a straight line state when a center of the longitudinal direction is bent downward and being bent in a circular shape and thus be worn on the wrist when the center of the longitudinal direction is bent upward; a plurality of fan ribs stacked on a lower portion of the cover band so that the plurality of fan ribs are spread, having a pin hole at a rear side thereof corresponding to that of the pin hole and being formed of a flexible material so that the plurality of fan ribs are bent; a fan plate attached to the fan ribs to cover spaces between the fan ribs, the fan plate being formed of a flexible material so that the fan plate is foldable; and a hinge pin penetrated and fixed to the pin holes of the cover band and the fan ribs to fix the fan ribs to be spread. |
