<p>Disclosed is a device for fixing a headrest. The objective of the present invention is to provide a device for fixing a headrest which can be easily operated with relatively simple constitutions, does not require an excessive force in operation, and has excellent durability. The device comprises: a lower guide which is inserted into the upper end of a seat back to guide a headrest stay and includes a flange formed at the upper end thereof; a first cover part which is fixed to the flange of the lower guide to cover a portion of the outside of the stay; and a second cover part which is installed on the flange of the lower guide to cover the outside of the stay along with the first cover part, has one end connected to the flange through a hinge to rotate the other end thereof, and includes a restriction pin that has a shape of connecting one end and the other end while crossing therebetween and that restricts a location of the stay in contact with the stay.</p> |
