According to the present invention, provided is an inverter system for a dual pump, comprising: one converter unit (110) to adjust a frequency and a phase by receiving and boosting commercial power; a first inverter unit (120) and a second inverter unit (130) which are configured at an output end of the converter unit (110) in parallel, respectively include multiple switching elements to switch according to PWM control signals, and respectively convert power outputted from the converter unit (110) into driving power having a form and a frequency suitable to be supplied to a first pump (30) and a second pump (40) that are arranged on a supply pipe (80); a first filter unit (140) which is configured at an output end of the first inverter unit (120) to remove noises included in the converted driving power and to supply the driving power to the first pump (30); a second filter unit (150) which is configured at an output end of the second inverter unit (130) to remove noises included in the converted driving power and to supply the driving power to the second pump (40); and one controller unit (160) which is connected to the inverter units (120, 130) through signal to transmit the PWM control signals to drive the inverter units (120, 130) according to predetermined set values.
