摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The cell (1) has a closed compression chamber (4) with a variable volume for receiving a sample of fluid e.g. oil. A main body (2) is arranged with a support (12) sliding along a main axis. The support is linked to a cylindrical annular piston (30) that goes down in the compression chamber so as to vary its volume. A motorization unit (8) is arranged with an electrical motor for moving the support according to transmission ratios. A mechanical play take-up spring (32) is arranged for adjusting the transmission ratios by applying axial load to the support. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Cell for thermodynamic characterization of pressurized fluids e.g. oil and petrol, during drilling in the course of exploration or exploitation for carrying out a study. Uses include but are not limited to measurements of volumes of various phases in the chamber, separation conditions, density and viscosity measurements, composition analysis, thermal expansion factor measurement, pressure-volume relation at various temperatures, critical point on oil and gases, measurement of relative volume of oil and gas phases, determination of curve of liquid deposits according to pressure at various temperatures, and Z-factor for compressibility of gases. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The motorization unit is arranged with the electrical motor for moving the support according to the transmission ratios, and the mechanical play take-up spring is arranged for adjusting the transmission ratios by applying axial load to the support, thus facilitating accurate measurement of volume of the fluid in a very quick manner, and enabling reduction of internal plays. The motor is light and compact. The cell has a reduced mass such as lower than approximately 5kg, and reduced overall dimensions, thus facilitating its displacement to take accurate measurement of the fluids at the exit of the samples. The cell has obstruction lower than approximately 1 dm3.
