PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly capture a plurality of read data pieces, which are output from a plurality of core chips, in an interface chip.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of core chips CCi includes: a data output circuit 54o for outputting read data to an interface chip IF in response to a read command; and an output timing adjustment circuit 400 for matching a duration from a time when receiving the read command until the read data is output by the data output circuit 54o between the plurality of core chips. By this, it is possible to sufficiently secure a latch margin of the read data to be input at the side of the interface chip. Output timing is adjusted at the side of each core chip, thereby eliminating the need for providing latch timing control circuits or the like equivalent to the number of core chips on the side of the interface chip.
