The cooling-mode switch and the cooling control sequence provided at the domestic water-heating boiler, prevents the heating of the room floor in summer for increasing the cooling effects. The method comprises a process for driving a fan(15) and inducing the air to a combustion chamber(20) through the inlet(13); a process for driving the circulation motor(16) controlled by a three-way valve(18) and circulating the cold-water of the floor(12) to the heat-exchanger(11); a process for cooling the cold-water received from the heat-exchanger by the outside cold air and circulating the cooled water to the floor(12); a process for discharging the outside cold air to the outlet(14) by using the fan(15).
