PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which emits light with high efficiency, an aromatic amine derivative which can be used for the element, a material for organic electroluminescent element comprising the derivative, and an electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent element.SOLUTION: An aromatic amine derivative is represented by general formula (1). In the general formula (1), two of R-Rindependently represent a substituent represented by the general formula (2). At least one of R-Ris a substituent represented by the general formula (3).
