<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a packed coin whose packing is defective, and for improving accuracy for detecting the packed coin whose packing is defective in a packed coin transaction device.SOLUTION: A packed coin transaction device includes: a plurality of trays; a bucket configured so as to face any of the plurality of trays by moving up and down, and to extract a packed coin from the tray; and a control part for controlling the operation of the bucket. The bucket includes: a storage part capable of storing a packed coin; an arm for scooping up the packed coin from the tray, and for conveying it to the storage part; a conveyance path with which the packed coin to be conveyed by the arm comes into contact; a reject box for storing the coin which has fell from the conveyed packed coin; and a falling coin detection sensor for detecting that the coin is stored in the reject box. When the coin is stored in the reject box, the control part determines that the packed coin being conveyed by the arm is the packed coin whose packing is defective.</p> |
