PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the toll while reducing a labor for creating discount charge information.SOLUTION: The toll collection apparatus includes: a first storage; a second storage; a determination section; and a calculation section. The first storage stores a piece of basic charge information registered with basic charge which is included in a toll charged to a vehicle using a toll road. The second storage stores a piece of discount charge information registered with discount information on the discount amount which is applied to a basic charge for each discount item as an object of the discount in the information on the vehicle and traffic of the vehicle. The determination section determines whether the vehicle is the object of discount based on the information acquired from the vehicle and the discount item. The calculation section calculates the toll based on the basic charge and the discount information on the discount item determined as the object of discount.
