The invention relates to a method for universal immobilization of enzymes on solid surfaces, wherein an enzyme is provided and the enzyme is converted into a dried form or suspended in an organic solvent. The enzyme is mixed with resins prior to polymerization, the polymerization is initiated and thus an immobilized enzyme/enzyme-resin copolymer is obtained, wherein the enzymes are mixed with the resin anhydrously.
