ACYL(-N,N-DIALKYL) DIAMINE SURFACTANT AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

The present invention provides simultaneously an acyl(-N,N-dialkyl) diamine surfactant and a preparation method of the surfactant. The method uses an oleic acid as an initial reactant, followed by an alkylation reaction, an chloroformylation reaction, a tertiary amination reaction, etc. in sequence to prepare the surfactant. In addition, use of the acyl(-N,N-dialkyl) diamine surfactant in the development of oil fields is also provided. Compared with the prior art, the resulting acyl diamine surfactant from the reaction has a good performance and is a potential substitute for most of the surfactants (such as petroleum sulfonate and alkylbenzene sulfonate) currently used in oil fields. The initial raw materials and catalysts used in the method of the present invention are widely available and have a low cost; and the method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, a complete reaction, few side reactions, low energy consumption and a high yield, and is green and environmentally friendly.
