The present invention relates to a stick with a detachable pill bottle. Specifically, the stick with a detachable pill bottle comprises a pipe; a buffer part combined with the lower end of the pipe; a handle part combined with the upper end of the pipe and gripped by a user; a pill bottle body attached and detached on the surface of one end of the handle part by an attaching and detaching member; and a reflection plate formed on the surface of the other end of the handle part. The pill bottle body is characterized by comprising a timer which a user use to set at least one certain time; at least one installation hole where at least one pill bottle is attached and detached respectively; and an alarm means informing the user the set time.
