<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a turbocharger impeller for an automobile which can manufacture an impeller with high precision and high stiffness, and comprises the steps of: (1) preparing to manufacture the impeller by cutting and processing a round rod material for manufacturing an impeller; (2) performing a first process regarding the cut and processed round rod material and then processing the material into an impeller-shaped material; (3) finishing shape-processing the impeller-shaped material by performing a second process regarding the impeller-shaped material gained after the first process; (4) processing to form a center hole of the impeller-shaped material finished with the shape processing; and (5) finishing manufacturing by performing a wing process regarding the impeller-shaped material finished with the process of forming the center hole.</p> |
