PURPOSE:To surely prevent a wheel cap from falling off when a vehicle is running by providing each spring receiver corresponding to each locking piece for the back side of a cap main body covering the side surface of a wheel, and thereby installing each spring supplementing the elasticity of each locking piece in a place between each spring receiver and each locking piece. CONSTITUTION:A cap main body 1 has its back side inserted in a wheel, and has its projected periphery 4 provided for its tip end outer side engaged with a ring shaped recessed groove formed in the wheel. It has a plurality of locking pieces 6 as required, which install the cap main body 1 onto the wheel, and it also has a spring 10 mounted between each spring receiver 8 provided for the back side of the cap main body 1 while being corresponded to each locking piece 6 and each receiving groove 9 provided for the projected periphery 4 wherein the spring is made out of a spring wire in such a way as to be bent and formed into a frame shape. In this case, the spring 10 is used to supplement the elasticity of each locking piece 6, and the projected periphery 4 is thereby prevented from falling off out of the recessed grooves due to vibration and impact when a vehicle is running by holding a condition where the projected periphery 4 is engaged with the recessed groove of the wheel, by elasticity. |
