<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for ophthalmic use which is easy to produce as a useful formulation to prevent and treat dry eye, easy to use, and readily obtainable.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for ophthalmic use to prevent or treat corneal epithelium disorder, containing a phospholipid-like polymer, such as a homopolymer of methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (compound 1), a homopolymer of a methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylethanolamine (compound 2), and a copolymer of methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (compound 3).</p> |
