PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source device which can avoid wasteful power consumption by monitoring whether or not a user is absent when there is operation reservation for automatically executing a periodical operation, and when the absence is detected, forcibly switching off the operation reservation.SOLUTION: A standby power when a dwelling house is in an absence state is learnt on the basis of a power consumption amount which is measured in the midnight by a power consumption measurement part. When the operation reservation of floor heating is switched on (YES at S1), the power consumption amount is monitored (S2), and when a state that a value smaller than a standby power threshold is continued for a constant time (YES at S3, S4), the absence is determined. When a user is notified of the switch-off of the operation reservation prior to the switch-off of the operation reservation (S5), and when the user does not switch on a release switch (NO at S6), the operation reservation is forcibly switched off (S7). |
