A semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a command decoder which decodes a command of the outside and generates a complex command; a first generating unit which generates a first control signal for performing a first operation based on the complex command; a delay controlling unit which delays the complex command as much as predetermined time and outputs the delayed complex command; and a second generating unit which generates a second control signal for performing a second operation based on the delayed complex command.
