PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm of a steam turbine which can efficiently separate and discharge a water screen on a blade surface, and can reduce the corrosion of a blade caused by erosion. ! SOLUTION: A steam turbine device comprises a diaphragm outer ring, a diaphragm inner ring, a blade surface slit, and a stationary blade having a hollow part 1a which communicates with the blade surface slit. The steam turbine device also comprises a lower half exhaust pipe 7b which is installed at a bottom side of a diaphragm outer ring lower half part 2b, and an upper half exhaust pipe 7a which is installed at a horizontal face side of the diaphragm outer ring lower half part.
