PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing drive unit for a vehicle door, which can suppress freezing of a water droplet and the like by rapidly discharging the water droplet and the like adhering to a toothed pulley. ! SOLUTION: A driven pulley 23, over which an endless toothed belt linked to a slide door is looped, comprises: a pulley part 54 that is formed with a plurality of teeth 54a for being meshed with the endless toothed belt; a pair of anti-coming-off parts 55 and 57 that are extended to the radial outside from axial both ends of the pulley part 54; and a drainage part 55b that is formed by opening the anti-coming-off part 55 between the plurality of adjacent teeth 54a. !
