<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having a novel electrode tab.SOLUTION: A battery pack comprises: an electrode assembly having first and second electrode tabs 120a and 120b; a battery case 130 housing the electrode assembly so that the first and second electrode tabs 120a and 120b are protruded outside; and a protection circuit module 160 having a plurality of tab resting parts 150 coupled with the first and second electrode tabs 120a and 120b.
