A transmission line section (20) of a high-frequency transmission cable (10) comprises a dielectric element (200). A ground conductor (211), a signal conductor (221), and ground conductors (231, 232) are formed in the dielectric element (200), along the thickness direction from a first main surface side. The ground conductors (231, 232) are arranged at positions that do not overlap the signal conductor (221), as viewed from a direction orthogonal to the first main surface. Ground conductors (2221, 2222) are formed at the same position as the signal conductor (211) in the thickness direction of the dielectric element (200). The ground conductors (2221, 2222, 231, 232) are connected to the ground conductor (211) by an interlayer connecting conductor (290). The width of each ground conductor (2221, 2222, 231, 232) is narrower than the width of the signal conductor (221), however the sum of the widths of the ground conductors (2221, 2222, 231, 232) is greater than the width of the signal conductor (221). |
