Provided is a terminal device that communicates with a base station device and wherein: a transmission power is set for transmission of a physical uplink shared channel in a sub-frame that belongs to a first sub-frame set on the basis of a first parameter and a third parameter that relates to power control adjustment; a transmission power is set for transmission of a physical uplink shared channel in a sub-frame that belongs to a second sub-frame set on the basis of a second parameter and a fourth parameter that relates to power control adjustment; the value of the third parameter is reset if a random access response message is received when accumulation is enabled; and the value of the third parameter is reset if the value of the first parameter is changed when accumulation is enabled.
