The purpose of the present invention is to provide a room temperature-vulcanizable resin composition with excellent adhesiveness to metal. A room temperature-vulcanizable organopolysiloxane composition containing (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) or (2) (B) a silane compound represented by general formula (3) and/or a partial hydrolysis condensate thereof, (C) an organic silicon compound represented by general formula (4) (D) a basic compound, and (E) a curing catalyst.
