<p>The use of significant distinguishing features such as an additional solenoid element, a separating electrode having a diameter which corresponds in a certain way to the diameter of an anode and cathode, and the ability of a solenoid element, which encircles a cathode, to be displaced along an axis allows for forming a coating from a plasma flow which is fully free of microdroplet fractions, and for stabilizing the technological parameters of the device regardless of a change in the geometry of the cathode being consumed.</p> |
