Disclosed is a cartridge, comprising: a tridimensional framework, which tridimensional framework comprises at least two upright combinations (302), each upright combination comprising a first upright (3021) and a second upright (3022); at least one support frame, the support frame being arranged in the tridimensional framework partially or completely, and the support frame being connected to the upright combinations; and at least one adjusting member which is used for adjusting the connection tightness of the support frame and the upright combinations. The cartridge can adjust the tensile force of a structure used for supporting objects, such as a substrate, etc., so that the structure can maintain a straight state.
