<p>The present invention relates to an open-type geothermal heat system using geothermal heat in a water source, a lake, underground water, and a river or a well and provides a method for establishing a structure for storing soil water comprising the following steps: (a) a step of digging into the ground; (b) a step of forming a soil water storing space on the bottom of the ground dig in the prior step (a) and forming one to five aggregate layers for transmitting geothermal heat; (c) a step of laying dual perforated pipe that an inner perforated pipe is formed inside an outer perforated pipe in the top layer of the aggregate layer formed in the prior step (b); and (d) a step of additionally forming one to five aggregate layers on the aggregate layer wherein the dual perforated pipe is laid in the prior step(c). The heating-and-cooling system using geothermal heat obtains high thermal efficiency in comparison with an existing open-type geothermal heat system, thereby reducing 70-80 % of expenses for energy.</p> |
