<p>A method for supplying tablets comprises the steps of: inserting tablets to be used for a molding of a semiconductor devices into a hopper; aligning the tablets with respect to a transfer tube for transferring the tablets; jetting compressed air to transfer the tablets through the transfer tube; reducing speed of the tablets to stop the tablets passing through the transfer tube; and supplying the reduced tablets to a molding device for molding the semiconductor devices.</p> |
