PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a difference in weight between the displays of a plurality of icons associated with functions of an on-vehicle instrument, while enabling easy recognition of which of the icons is selected.SOLUTION: A dial switch 10 can be operated to be rotated or inclined and operated to be depressed; any one of a plurality of icons 41 to 45 displayed on a menu screen of a display 20 is selected, and information on a function associated with the selected icon can be displayed on the display 20. The left-end icon 41 or the right-end icon 45 displayed on the outside of the menu screen in its width direction is arranged, when not selected, at a position on an end of the screen where the icon is not displayed in its entirety, and is displayed while a part of the icon is missed. Meanwhile, when the left-end icon 41 or the right-end icon 45 is selected, the icon 41 or 45 is moved to a position around the center of the screen where the icon is displayed in its entirety. |
