PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a rubber composition which is further improved in terms of reduction in dynamic-to-static modulus ratio as well as in loss.SOLUTION: A method of producing a rubber composition comprises the following steps in this order: (a) a first mixing step of mixing a rubber component, a hydrazide compound and a filler to obtain a first mixture; (b) a second mixing step of mixing the first mixture and zinc oxide to obtain a second mixture; and (c) a third mixing step of mixing the second mixture and vulcanizer to obtain a third mixture. |
