<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making an eyelet member for ventilation, water passing or the like, which is advantageous in cost.SOLUTION: The method for making an eyelet member which is made from metal and attached to fabric for use as an eyelet comprises: a step for preparing an intermediate member which has a plate-like base part (81) and a cylinder part (82) projecting from the center thereof, the projecting end surface of the cylinder part being open as an upper end opening and the base end surface of the cylinder part being open at the center of the base part as a lower end opening, and which has a closing member (90) for closing the base end side of the inner part of the cylinder part, the base end surface of a semi-cylindrical part (82') being open as the lower end opening at the center of the base part; a step for punching out a closing part (90') of the semi-cylindrical part of the intermediate member with a punch (100); and a closing part moving step for moving the punched-out closing part to the base end side of the inner part of the semi-cylindrical part with the punch to form the closing member (90).</p> |
