<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field detection probe configured to improve magnetic field detection sensitivity when being brought close to an object to be measured.SOLUTION: In a magnetic field detection probe 1, positions of a signal conductor 4 and a constant-potential conductor 5 are defined so that the constant-potential conductor 5 may not come closer to an object to be measured than the signal conductor 4 at least, in a sensor unit 2, based on a facing surface 8 facing the object to be measured which generates a magnetic field. A looped transmission line is an unbalanced line where no constant-potential conductor (wider than the signal conductor) is arranged on the outermost side, thereby preventing capacitive coupling between the transmission line and the object to be measured when close to the object to be measured, and preventing change in the magnetic field. Magnetic field detection sensitivity can be improved, accordingly.</p> |
