This power-transfer system (A) is provided with a power-transmission device (10) that transmits AC power and a power-reception device (20) that receives AC power. Said power-reception device (20) is provided with a rectifier (22) that converts the received AC power into DC power, a DC converter (23a) that performs a DC conversion on the DC power outputted by the rectifier (22), and a power-reception-side control device (23c) that: computes, on the basis of the input voltage of the DC converter (23a), a current command value that will make the input impedance of the DC converter (23a) equal to a set value; and controls the DC converter (23a) so as to make the input current thereto equal to said current command value. |
