摘要 Provided is a powder sintering/laminating method capable of reducing faults such as "tool breakage trouble" and the like. This production method for a three-dimensionally shaped molded object involves repeatedly forming powder layers and solidified layers by (i) a step for forming a solidified layer by irradiating a prescribed area of a powder layer with a light beam, and sintering or fusing/solidifying the powder in the prescribed area, and (ii) a step for forming a new powder layer on top of the obtained solidified layer and forming an additional solidified layer by irradiating the prescribed area of the new powder layer with the light beam. The production method for the three-dimensionally shaped molded object is characterized in that: a step is performed at least once for executing a surface-cutting treatment with a cutting device in the surface of the solidified layer and/or the three-dimensionally shaped molded object after obtaining the solidified layer and/or the three-dimensionally shaped molded object; prior to the surface-cutting treatment, the powder surrounding the solidified layer and/or the three-dimensionally shaped molded object is aspirated and removed with an aspiration nozzle; when aspirating and removing, the relative positional relationship of the tip level (A) of the aspiration nozzle and the tip level (B) of the cutting device is changed in a manner such that the tip level (A) is lower than the tip level (B); and the aspiration nozzle is used for aspiration and removal while the aspiration nozzle and the cutting device are positioned adjacent to one another.
