PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine in which more excellent cooling effect can be attained by enhancing the cooling performance of a stator winding.SOLUTION: A dynamo-electric machine 1 includes a rotor 14, and a stator 20 consisting of a stator core 30 and a plurality of stator windings 40 wound around the stator core 30. The stator windings 40 have a plurality of split windings 43 obtained by splitting each phase winding, crossover lines 44A-44I arranged on the coil ends 41 of the stator windings 40 while interconnecting the split windings 43 of the same phase, and interphase crossover lines 45A-45G arranged on the coil ends 41 while interconnecting the neutral point side ends of respective phase windings. On the coil end 41, at least one of the crossover lines 44A-44I and some of the interphase crossover lines 45A-45G are made to come into contact, thus increasing the heat dissipation area of the interphase crossover lines 45A-45G most prone to the highest temperature when heated by electrifying the stator windings 40. |
