PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system capable of reducing the risk of breakage of components caused by reduction in output voltage of a battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a fuel cell power generation system having a power conditioner 3 converting a DC power generated at a fuel cell power generation part 1 into a predetermined AC power. The power conditioner 3 comprises a battery 4 as a power supply for activating an auxiliary machine 2 of the fuel cell power generation part 1 at an interruption of power supply of a power system P. A controller (a PC controller) 38 for the power conditioner is configured to monitor an output voltage of the battery 4, and is configured to output to a controller (an auxiliary machine controller) 23 for the auxiliary machine 2 a stop command for stopping the activation of the auxiliary machine 2 when the output voltage of the battery 4 becomes a predetermined value or less. |
