PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit movement of a buckle.SOLUTION: In a webbing attachment mechanism 10, a moving mechanism 36 is activated to move a buckle 34 when a passenger 16 is seated on a seat 14 or a tongue 32 is engaged with the buckle 34. In this case, when, for example, it is detected that a child seat is closer to or arranged on the seat 14, a controller 20 detects that the passenger 16 is not seated on the seat 14 and prohibits activation of the moving mechanism 36. Owing to this, it is possible to prohibit the buckle 34 from moving when there is no need to move the buckle 34. |
