Methods include detecting off-city limits or off-route wandering to trigger a panic. Methods include detecting a heart beat signal from a cloud server. Methods also comprise of detecting the absence of the heart beat signal for a time enough to be thought abnormal. Methods include sending and receiving location specific and configuration data to and from a cloud server or a locally connected computer.
