<p>The present invention relates to a device for controlling the characteristics of a tire and a tire including the same, which matches the performance of the tire with driving conditions by controlling the size and shape of a race separated from the tire, thereby enabling the stable and efficient operation of a vehicle. The device for controlling the characteristics of a tire according to the present invention comprises: a fixed first rim part; a moving second rim part; a steel wire fixing part; one or more first rim controllers; one or more second rim controllers; multiple first steel wires; multiple second steel wires; and an air rubber which maintains air tightness between the first and second rim parts.</p> |
