An anti-lost and monitoring device for an article comprises sensors and a host. The sensors are to be combined with a to-be-monitored article and be carried along with a monitoring person or pet. The host comprises a control module, a host signal transceiver module, a host warning module, an operation module and a display module. Thus, the host and the sensor are paired, then the sensor is disposed on the to-be-monitored article, person or pet, and the warning 10 distance is set. When the distance from the sensor to the host exceeds warning distance, a warning signal is outputted, and then the orientation and distance of the sensor are prompted on the host to facilitate the user in finding the sensor, and then disabling the warning signal.
