PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part that is capable of preventing a surface protection film provided on a circuit board from being broken when being bonded to a mount board, thereby having high reliability.SOLUTION: An electronic part 1 includes: a mount board 30; a circuit board 10; a pad 12 disposed on the circuit board 10; a bump 20 that connects the mount board 30 and the pad 12 to each other; and a surface protection film 16 that extends from a surface of the pad 12 via an outer circumferential edge of the pad 12 to a surface of the circuit board 10 and has at least two openings 18 adjacent to each other on the pad 12. The length equal to one-half the shortest distance from an end of one of the adjacent openings 18 to an end of the other opening 18 is smaller than the length of the shortest distance from the outer circumferential edge of the pad 12 to the end of each of the openings 18. The bump 20 is provided in each of the two openings 18 and overlaps the surface protection film 16. |
