PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate put-out control even without a function for back-up of put-out control means.SOLUTION: Game control means (game control device 100) includes winning ball command sending means (game control device 100) which sends a winning ball command when a state signal indicating whether or not put-out control means can start put-out control indicates that the put-out control can be started, and when a winning ball command counter (game control device 100) has a not-sent winning ball command; and external information output means (game control device 100) which outputs to the external a winning ball signal including information regarding a winning ball number determined for put-out in association with winning of a game ball in a winning area.
