PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for a water suction hose, capable of suppressing or preventing a foreign matter from approaching to a strainer arranged at a tip end of the water suction hose for sucking water, or capable of removing the foreign matter deposited on the strainer.SOLUTION: A foreign matter removal jig 7 for a water suction hose is provided with filter means at a suction port side of the water suction hose connected to a suction port of a pump, and for spreading the pressurized-water pressurized by the pump to an outer surface side of the filter means. The filter means is provided to cover an outer surface of the water suction hose. The jig includes: a container arranged at either one end side at the outer surface side of the filter means and in an axial direction of the filter means and where the pressurized-water is supplied from the pump; and a plurality of through holes 10 formed on a wall surface of the container along the outer surface of the filter means to eject the pressurized-water to a filter means side, where a bus line of an internal wall surface of the through hole 10 is formed to intersect with a bus line of an internal wall surface of a through hole adjacent to the through hole. |
