PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an email marketing support system that efficiently collects a large number of mail addresses of potential customers of merchandise or service provided by a user via the Internet, and transmits a step mail to the individual potential customers.SOLUTION: An email marketing support system includes: mail address collecting means for collecting mail addresses from websites of potential customers; mail address searching means capable of extracting, with searching conditions set by a user, registered mail addresses from a mail address file to create a target file; project creating means capable of creating email data in which a unique identifier is added to each of the registered mail addresses to create a project file for transmitting email to each of the registered mail addresses; and access managing means for storing information on a history of access from the potential customers to whom the email is transmitted so that the access history information can be searched by the mail address searching means with the unique identifier. |
