PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the practicability of a regenerative burner furnace.SOLUTION: A regenerative burner furnace includes a pair of regenerative burner units 30L, 30R each having a burner and a heat storage body, and is configured such that combustion gas discharged from one of the regenerative burner units is circulated around a furnace wall inner peripheral face 14 and exhausted through the other of the regenerative burner units, and such that the unit discharging combustion gas and the unit exhausting the combustion gas are alternately switched repeatedly. Respective openings 38L, 38R of the burners are opened in positions different from each other in the axial direction DA of a furnace body on the furnace wall inner peripheral face, which can provide relatively small temperature difference inside the furnace body in the axial direction, and thus can improve the practicability of the regenerative burner furnace. |
