<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool and method for stably recovering a target cell or the like at a high recovery rate without skilled operations, when the target cell or the like is separated from other components through density-gradient centrifugation.SOLUTION: A separation structure comprises: a tubular structure, one end of which is closed to form a bottom part and the other end of which is open; and a cap that hermetically seals the opening. The structure is configured by at least two tubular members and can be separated at a separation part. By using this separation structure, it is possible to stably recover a target cell or the like at a high recovery rate.</p> |
