PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified method for in-vivo imaging, which is inexpensive and allows rapid acquisition of tissue imaging. ! SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for acquiring in-vivo fluorescence imaging from tissue by using an acquisition system having at least one optical fiber exciting the tissue by scanning light beams.
